Compact Constant Temperature Controllers

The compact range of ACC30 & ACC40 Constant Temperature Setpoint Controllers provide an ideal solution to Setpoint Control applications with PID logic. The Controller is built into the housing of the Actuator and is then mounted directly on to the Mixing/Diverting Valve Body. A Pipe Sensor is supplied with the Controller.

Typical applications would be return water protection of Solid Fuel Boilers, Heat Exchanger Temperature Control, Swimming Pools and many other applications.

The Controllers are simple to install and use with settings made by inbuilt keypad resistant to mechanical impact, moisture and dust.

The most common use is to control the return pipe temperature into the boiler or to control the constant temperature of the heating system’s stand pipe. Setup of controller is done with help of touch sensitive keypad on the cover of the controller. The OLED graphic display is used for indication of the measured temperatures and for the adjustment of the controller. The sensors are equipped with a “plug & play” plug. For the connection no tools are required. They are connected in to an assembly rail for the sensors. The type ACC30 has only the pipeline sensor and enables the control of the mixing valves .The type ACC40 has the pipe sensor and heat source sensor, which enables the control of the mixing valve and the circulation pump according to the pipeline and heat source
