Overview
Compared to traditional plywood layers, CFB6 is a high performance board designed to improve underfloor heating thermal outputs, lower system water temperatures, decrease reaction times and aid installation of the capping layer on the routed chipboard RF system. Made from high-strength cement fibre boards, they are
water-resistant and classified as fully non-combustable.
Application
Used with the RF chipboard system on timber floors to produce a structural floor with an encapsulated high performance and efficient underfloor heating system. Suitable for all floor coverings, including direct tiling. For ease of installation, CFB6 boards are printed with
pipe and screw location markings to match the RF150 routed chipboard system, and ensure adequate, equally spaced screw fixings are used. Boards are supplied 900mm wide for the staggering of joints and maximised pallet usage.
