Routed dry screed boards
On base systems are a type of underfloor heating system that involves installing a series of pipes or mats directly onto the subfloor or insulation layer. On base systems are easy to install and can be used in both new builds and retrofit projects, making them a popular choice for residential and commercial buildings.
Our system uses a low profile, dry screed underfloor heating panel that’s suitable for all types of 12-16mm underfloor heating pipes. Manufactured from reinforced gypsum, the CNC routed panels are engineered to provide optimum underfloor heating conditions.
The underfloor heating pipes are laid inside the 18mm panels routing. The highly conductive panels transfer heat from the underfloor heating pipes efficiently and effectively.
One of the key benefits of this product is that it is a completely dry system. That means floor finishings (carpets, tiles etc) can be fitted within 24 hours of installation. This is a significant time saving benefit over wet system alternatives.
