Overview
Our Screed Board is a low-profile, high-performance reinforced gypsum board suitable for direct fixing to the sub-floor. As part of our ‘Retrofit’ underfloor heating range, the 18mm thick highly conductive gypsum board is pregrooved for 12mm underfloor heating systems. Available in multiple panel designs, site routing is reduced, and loop returns are incorporated without requiring additional components.
Application
Suitable for both solid and timber subfloors, our Screed Board can accept multiple floor finishes, including direct tiling. Mechanically fixed to the sub-floor, the low-resistance boards produce a quick response time with a uniform heat distribution that’s ideal for both low and high temperature heat sources. Our Screed Boards also offer acoustic attenuation properties when used on separating floors.
