The 3/4″ Ball Valve with Sensor Insertion provides a highly efficient and dual-purpose solution for modern hydronic underfloor heating networks and plant room configurations. Installers utilise this specialised inline valve to combine robust flow isolation with an integrated direct-immersion sensor pocket. Consequently, the layout eliminates the need for bulky independent sensor Ts, allowing you to accurately track water temperatures right at the point of flow control. Furthermore, the premium brass housing offers outstanding resistance to high pressures, continuous thermal expansion, and aggressive system chemical additives. The direct immersion port allows an electronic temperature probe to sit directly inside the moving water stream rather than strapped to the outside of a pipe. Additionally, the standard 3/4″ BSP thread dimensions integrate flawlessly onto manifold feed lines or boiler loops. Therefore, you can complete primary distribution hookups quickly while ensuring absolute accuracy for your automated heating controllers.
  • Integrated Temperature Probe Pocket: Features a dedicated immersion channel drilled straight into the valve body. Consequently, it allows your electronic control sensors to read true fluid temperatures instantly without external thermal interference.
  • Streamlined Multi-Task Design: Combines a high-capacity isolation ball valve and a sensor well into a single mechanical housing. Therefore, it reduces the overall number of structural joints and eliminates potential leak points.
  • Heavy-Duty Brass Construction: Manufactured from premium, corrosion-resistant brass alloys designed to withstand high operational temperatures. As a result, the component ensures excellent durability inside active radiant or heat pump loops.
  • Instant Manual Flow Isolation: Equipped with a low-profile handle for swift quarter-turn manual shut-offs during maintenance or troubleshooting. Additionally, this compact handle design saves valuable physical space inside tightly arranged utility cupboards.
  • Standard 3/4″ BSP Sizing Profile: Engineered with universal thread paths to ensure hassle-free pairing with existing pipe adapters, manifolds, or pump sets. Subsequently, this uniform fit cuts down your installation time and reduces system planning complexity.
