The Pre-Insulated MLC Pipe is a high-performance multi-layer composite pipe wrapped in a durable, factory-fitted thermal insulation sleeve. Combining the structural integrity of metal with the corrosion resistance of plastic, it features an aluminum oxygen barrier sandwiched between layers of PE-RT. This design allows it to hold its shape perfectly when bent by hand, eliminating spring-back. The integrated, closed-cell foam insulation layer drastically reduces heat loss during transit from the heat source to the manifold or radiator. By keeping thermal delivery efficient and preventing cold-bridging through structural slabs, it is an essential time-saving component for professional installers laying secondary heating mains or distribution lines.

Orders placed before 12:00 pm qualify for next working day delivery, with drop-offs generally scheduled between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm.

  • Pallet Delivery (Mainland UK): £72.00

    Required for heavier or bulkier items.

Important Cut-Off Times & Weekends Any orders placed after 12:00 pm on a Friday—along with orders made over the weekend—will be packed and dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. Please also keep in mind that bank holidays are classed as non-working days when calculating your delivery dates.
