The Press Equal Elbow – U Profile is a premium 90-degree directional fitting designed to route two Multi-Layer Composite Pipes (MLCP) of identical diameter around tight corners. It is the ideal solution for structural bends, wall chases, and tight turns leading into underfloor heating manifolds where a natural pipe bend radius isn’t possible.
Engineered specifically for U-profile press tools, this equal elbow features high-strength stainless steel press sleeves and integrated dual-layer internal O-rings. The design guarantees a permanent, structural mechanical joint that requires no flame, flux, or solder—drastically increasing on-site safety and saving significant installation time.
Sharp 90-Degree Routing: Cleanly navigates identical-sized multi-layer composite pipes around corners and structural obstacles.
U-Profile Compatible: Specially engineered for effortless mechanical pressing with standard U-profile crimping jaws.
Flame-Free Safety: Delivers a 100% watertight seal using internal double O-rings, entirely eliminating hot works on the job site.
