The DN20 Non-Return Valve for Mixing Pump Packs provides a highly efficient fluid control component. Specifically, it works perfectly for compact domestic and commercial underfloor heating mixing modules. Installers use this specialised internal valve to permit water flow in only one designated direction. Consequently, you can eliminate backflow, eradicate ghost heating issues, and stop thermal siphoning with ease. Furthermore, this streamlined configuration establishes a secure, unidirectional flow path. Because of this, you can maintain stable water temperatures effortlessly during active system circulation or standby periods. In addition, the premium, heat-resistant internal mechanism guarantees a long, maintenance-free operational lifespan. Ultimately, it defends your system against hydraulic pressure imbalances, circuit short-cycling, and pump performance losses.
  • Compact DN20 Component Matching: First, the system links space-saving DN20 equipment directly into localised pump circuits. Therefore, this allows it to handle targeted flow distribution paths while maintaining total structural stability.
  • High-Resilience Internal Seal: Next, the dedicated internal spring check mechanism absorbs intense hydraulic pressure shocks. As a result, it resists hot water ageing and entirely eliminates long-term localised weeping hazards.
  • Unidirectional Flow Control Design: Finally, the mechanical check gate operates completely independently based on system flow pressure. Thus, this lets you secure or protect the circulation loop inside tight utility spaces without twisting rigid main lines.
