The HV80/125-3 Distribution Header serves as a core primary plant room manifold designed to segment and manage high-volume fluid distribution. Engineered for large-scale domestic or light commercial heating networks that utilise heavy-duty DN32 system architecture, this unit acts as a central distribution hub directly connected to the main heat source. It replaces complex, on-site manual pipe fabrication with a reliable, pre-tested solution that organises multi-zone plant room pipework. This streamlined configuration establishes a balanced, low-resistance hydraulic pathway that dramatically drops internal friction during high-volume operation. By maintaining uniform system pressure, the header ensures all connected circuits receive consistent thermal delivery without choking the system. Built to a robust commercial standard, the welded steel chassis guarantees a long operational lifespan and protects your setup from stray hydraulic interference between zones.
  • Three-Zone Hydraulic Architecture: The header splits a single primary flow from a commercial boiler or heat pump into exactly three independent heating circuits.
  • DN32 Component Matching: It is explicitly spaced and threaded to accept up to three heavy-duty DN32 pump groups, which handle flow rates up to 4,800 l/h and capacities up to 165 kW.
  • Generous Physical Dimensions: The header body utilises an expanded 125 mm chamber profile and has a pre-fabricated length of 875 mm with a wide 375 mm axis offset to allow clean, uncrowded parallel pipe routing.
  • Dual-Chamber Isolation: It effectively isolates the supply and return paths safely up to a 6 bar maximum working pressure to eliminate hydraulic crosstalk when individual zone pumps kick on.

DELIVERY OPTIONS:

We currently offer two shipping options to get your goods to you in a timeframe that suits:

Standard delivery to mainland UK (3-5 working days) – £9.99
Next working day delivery to mainland UK* – £11.99

*Next working day deliveries are subject to orders being placed before 1pm. The delivery window for next working day deliveries is between 8am and 5.30pm. 

All orders received after 1pm on a Friday (including weekend orders), that have upgraded to next working day delivery, will be despatched on Monday for a Tuesday delivery.

Bank holidays are treated in the same way as a non-working day, so please take this additional delivery time into account when ordering.
