The Modvbox Pump Unit Direct (3/4″ F, Kvs 6, 35 kW) is a compact DN20 unmixed heating module. It mounts directly inside multi-zone Modvbox distribution boxes. The pre-assembled unit streamlines fluid delivery for wall gas boilers or heat pumps. It provides a rapid layout for installers setting up multi-circuit systems.
The direct module handles high fluid volumes up to a nominal 35 kW load. It operates at a high 6.0 Kvs rating with a 1500 L/h flow rate. It includes a high-efficiency Wilo Para 15-130/6 SC circulating pump. Built-in shut-off valves feature 0°C–120°C thermometers for easy system checks.
  • 3/4″ Female Connections: The user ports use standard 3/4″ threads with a 70 mm center-to-center space.
  • 35 kW Capacity: The unmixed line transfers up to 35 kW of power at a ΔT = 20°C drop.
  • Integrated Check Valve: A built-in non-return valve prevents backflow and can be bypassed for maintenance.
  • Boiler Probe Holders: Each shut-off valve includes an integrated pocket to house heating control system sensors.

DELIVERY OPTIONS:

We currently offer two shipping options to get your goods to you in a timeframe that suits:

Standard delivery to mainland UK (3-5 working days) – £9.99
Next working day delivery to mainland UK* – £11.99

*Next working day deliveries are subject to orders being placed before 1pm. The delivery window for next working day deliveries is between 8am and 5.30pm. 

All orders received after 1pm on a Friday (including weekend orders), that have upgraded to next working day delivery, will be despatched on Monday for a Tuesday delivery.

Bank holidays are treated in the same way as a non-working day, so please take this additional delivery time into account when ordering.

Please note: We rely upon the services of third party couriers, and whilst we endeavour to always deliver in a timely manner there are unfortunately a few occasions when the couriers fail to deliver on the appointed day and before the specified time. Whilst this happens rarely, we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item, or any costs incurred by customers’ tradespeople unable to work.
