The ModvFresh 2 – 70kW Instantaneous Hot Water Module is a pre-wired, pre-assembled fresh water station. It draws heat from a central buffer tank to produce domestic hot water instantly on demand. This on-demand processing keeps water from stagnating, which completely stops the growth of dangerous Legionella bacteria.
The unit features an intelligent digital flow sensor that instantly tracks real-time hot water demands. An integrated electronic controller reads these data points to modulate the high-efficiency primary pump. By adjusting pump speeds smoothly from 10% to 100%, the system maintains a stable user delivery temperature.
  • 70 kW Transfer Capacity: The module safely delivers a swift hot water flow rate up to 30 L/min for domestic setups or heat pump systems.
  • High-Surface Plate Exchanger: A removable AISI 316 stainless steel heat exchanger drops primary return temperatures down to 25°C to protect tank stratification.
  • Flexible Temperature Range: Users can adjust output temperatures degree by degree anywhere from a 30°C minimum up to a 70°C peak.
  • Compact Protected Chassis: The pre-assembled plumbing framework fits neatly inside a protective 277 x 417 x 137 mm EPP insulation box.

DELIVERY OPTIONS:

We currently offer two shipping options to get your goods to you in a timeframe that suits:

Standard delivery to mainland UK (3-5 working days) – £9.99
Next working day delivery to mainland UK* – £11.99

*Next working day deliveries are subject to orders being placed before 1pm. The delivery window for next working day deliveries is between 8am and 5.30pm. 

All orders received after 1pm on a Friday (including weekend orders), that have upgraded to next working day delivery, will be despatched on Monday for a Tuesday delivery.

Bank holidays are treated in the same way as a non-working day, so please take this additional delivery time into account when ordering.
