The Copper Press-Fit Adapter bridges standard copper pipework directly to threaded valves, manifolds, strainers, and hydronic heating components. Engineered for standard M-profile (or V-profile) copper press tools, it delivers a fast, flame-free mechanical joint without hot works, soldering fluxes, or thread cutting on the copper side. It is ideal for main distribution pipework, plant room connections, and secondary heating loops.
Key Features
Flame-Free Press Joint: Eliminates the need for soldering or hot works permits, significantly reducing installation time on-site.
Leak Before Press (LBP) O-Ring: High-grade EPDM O-ring features identify un-pressed joints during system pressure testing by allowing controlled leakage until fully crimped.
Threaded Connection Options: Available in Male (BSP) and Female (BSP) threaded ends to screw directly into valves, boilers, or manifold assemblies.
High-Grade Copper Construction: Manufactured from heavy-duty DHP copper to resist corrosion, dezincification, and pressure spikes up to 16 bar.
Temperature & Pressure Rated: Suitable for closed-loop hydronic heating, chilled water, and domestic hot/cold water applications (up to 110°C).

Orders placed before 12:00 pm qualify for next working day delivery, with drop-offs generally scheduled between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm.
Pallet Delivery (Mainland UK): £72.00
Required for heavier or bulkier items.
Important Cut-Off Times & Weekends Any orders placed after 12:00 pm on a Friday—along with orders made over the weekend—will be packed and dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. Please also keep in mind that bank holidays are classed as non-working days when calculating your delivery dates.
