The Radiant Control 4-Port Mixing Valve is a heavy-duty, dual-blending regulation valve designed for complex underfloor heating, boiler, and radiant cooling systems. Unlike standard 3-way setups, this 4-port configuration performs two functions simultaneously: it precisely blends hot boiler supply with cooler return water to safeguard floor circuits, while concurrently recirculating a portion of return fluid back to the boiler to elevate return temperatures.
Constructed from robust, high-grade brass, this valve is highly effective for preventing low-temperature boiler corrosion (thermal shock) in non-condensing boiler systems. It seamlessly interfaces with either manual thermostatic adjustment knobs or motorized electronic actuators, acting as the ideal control hub for maintaining precise hydraulic and thermal equilibrium across multiple high- and low-temperature heating zones.
Dual-Zone Fluid Blending: Simultaneously regulates the flow temperature to floor heating loops while protecting the boiler from cold-return condensation.
Actuator & Thermostatic Ready: Easily integrates with standard electronic actuators for automated, weather-compensated adjustments or thermostatic control heads.
Thermal Shock Prevention: Raises the temperature of water returning to the heat source, significantly extending the service life of boilers and heat exchangers.
High Operational Tolerance: Engineered with a heavy-duty brass body built to handle working pressures up to 10 bar and fluid temperatures up to 110°C.

Orders placed before 12:00 pm qualify for next working day delivery, with drop-offs generally scheduled between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm.

Important Cut-Off Times & Weekends Any orders placed after 12:00 pm on a Friday—along with orders made over the weekend—will be packed and dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. Please also keep in mind that bank holidays are classed as non-working days when calculating your delivery dates.
