The Set: 1″ Nut, EPDM Gasket and Female Adaptor provides a heavy-duty mechanical connection kit. Specifically, it works perfectly for mid-capacity commercial and residential heating networks. Installers use this hardware assembly to connect primary distribution components directly onto 1″ male flat-seal threaded fittings. Consequently, you can link manifold headers, standard pump stations, and localised mixing loops with ease. Furthermore, this streamlined configuration establishes a secure, demountable connection point. Because of this, you can uncouple individual system components effortlessly during future servicing or routine plant room upgrades. In addition, the premium, corrosion-resistant alloy guarantees a long, maintenance-free operational lifespan. Ultimately, it defends your system against scaling, oxidation, and aggressive chemical water treatments.
  • Standard 1″ Component Matching: First, the system links 1″ equipment directly into active heating circuits. Therefore, this allows it to handle standard flow distribution networks while maintaining total structural stability.
  • High-Resilience EPDM Washer: Next, the dedicated EPDM flat gasket absorbs intense hydraulic pressure shocks. As a result, it resists hot water ageing and entirely eliminates long-term localised weeping hazards.
  • Independent Free-Spinning Design: Finally, the captive nut rotates completely independently of the underlying pipe assembly. Thus, this lets you secure or break the mechanical joint inside tight utility spaces without twisting rigid main lines.
