The Single Port Manifold Extension Set is a specialized, time-saving kit designed to expand the capacity of an existing underfloor heating (UFH) manifold by adding one additional heating circuit. Ideal for property extensions, conservatory additions, or multi-stage renovations where a new zone has been created, this set eliminates the costly and disruptive need to replace the entire manifold assembly. Manufactured from high-grade, corrosion-resistant materials to match standard heating manifolds, the kit consists of two extension pieces—one for the flow rail and one for the return rail. It threads directly onto the end of standard 1″ manifold bars, providing a standard 3/4″ Eurocone outlet that is ready to accept compression fittings for any 12mm to 20mm UFH pipe.

Key Features & Benefits

  • Cost-Effective Scalability: Instantly adds an extra heating circuit to an existing manifold without the expense or labor of replacing the entire distribution hub.
  • Universal 1″ Connection: Threads seamlessly onto the end of standard 1″ manifold flow and return bars for a secure, leak-free mechanical extension.
  • Standard Eurocone Outlet: Features a 3/4″ Eurocone port configuration, ensuring full compatibility with standard pipe connectors, balancing valves, or actuators.
