Installers utilise this specialised modular kit to shift the system orientation, allowing a side-exit hydraulic separator to cleanly link to a zone manifold mounted in a vertical position. Consequently, the mechanical configuration ensures a continuous, high-volume flow transition across complex commercial plant rooms or large district heating networks. Furthermore, the robust assembly features high-capacity 2″ galvanised cast iron components engineered to withstand extreme structural vibration, intense thermal expansion, and aggressive water treatments. To maximise thermodynamic efficiency and prevent structural energy loss, the entire hardware set is housed inside a pre-formed, high-density insulation enclosure. Therefore, you can complete primary mechanical hookups rapidly while ensuring long-term pipeline security, tidy alignment, and minimal localized heat emissions.

  • Vertical Orientation Transition: Specifically engineered to connect a side-mounted hydraulic separator straight to a vertical zone manifold. Consequently, it optimizes space utilization inside tight plant rooms and mechanical closets.
  • Galvanized Cast Iron Construction: Includes three heavy-duty 2″ female-to-female connection sets consisting of rugged pipe unions, nuts, and connectors. Therefore, the assembly eliminates structural weeping and handles extreme operational pressure cycles flawlessly.
  • Precision Angular Pipework: Features a 2″ male galvanized right-angle elbow to guide high-capacity water streams smoothly without introducing severe hydraulic restriction. As a result, the streamlined path preserves overall primary circulating pump efficiency.
  • EPS Thermal Insulation Box: Supplied with a dedicated expanded polystyrene (EPS) insulation shell measuring $110 \times 110 \times 440\text{ mm}$. Additionally, this form-fitting protective barrier prevents standby heat dissipation and helps maintain steady system temperatures.
  • High-Capacity 2″ Sizing Profile: Standardized sizing aligns perfectly with the DN32 series of distribution equipment and industrial-grade manifolds. Subsequently, this uniform profile saves valuable installation time by removing the need for mismatched adapter components.

Next working day delivery to mainland UK* – £11.99

*Next working day deliveries are subject to orders being placed before 1pm. The delivery window for next working day deliveries is between 8am and 5.30pm. 

All orders received after 1pm on a Friday (including weekend orders), that have upgraded to next working day delivery, will be despatched on Monday for a Tuesday delivery.

Bank holidays are treated in the same way as a non-working day, so please take this additional delivery time into account when ordering.
