The HV70/125-4 Distribution Header functions as a centralised primary plant room manifold. It distributes low-to-medium thermal loads cleanly across four separate circuits. The pre-fabricated steel unit routes flow from a single heat source directly into your space. This modular construction completely eliminates the need for complex, custom on-site pipework welding. The dual-chamber internal design manages a peak flow rate of 3.3 m³/h. It cleanly supports system capacities up to 75 kW at a standard ΔT = 20°C temperature drop. This spacious chamber profile prevents sudden pressure changes and flow friction. The heavy-duty layout isolates independent distribution loops up to a reliable 6 bar maximum working pressure.
  • Four-Zone Flow Architecture: The manifold splits a singular main boiler line into four separate flow and return connections.
  • 75 kW System Capacity: It balances low-to-medium residential or commercial heating networks with up to a 3.3 m³/h turnover rate.
  • Extended Physical Dimensions: The robust steel chassis is exactly 1008 mm long and fits neatly inside a standard 125 mm outer profile.
  • Zero Hydraulic Crosstalk: The internal barrier limits operational interference between zones so active pumps do not disrupt neighbouring circuits.

DELIVERY OPTIONS:

We currently offer two shipping options to get your goods to you in a timeframe that suits:

Standard delivery to mainland UK (3-5 working days) – £9.99
Next working day delivery to mainland UK* – £11.99

*Next working day deliveries are subject to orders being placed before 1pm. The delivery window for next working day deliveries is between 8am and 5.30pm. 

All orders received after 1pm on a Friday (including weekend orders), that have upgraded to next working day delivery, will be despatched on Monday for a Tuesday delivery.

Bank holidays are treated in the same way as a non-working day, so please take this additional delivery time into account when ordering.
