The HV70/125-6 Distribution Header serves as a centralised primary plant room manifold engineered to segment low-to-medium thermal loads across multiple circuits. Purpose-built for residential properties or light commercial builds requiring complex zoning, this steel manifold connects directly to a primary heat source to streamline fluid distribution. It replaces sprawling, on-site manual pipework by organising up to six separate supply and return heating lines into a pre-fabricated, low-profile configuration.This streamlined configuration establishes a balanced, dual-chamber hydraulic pathway that delivers a total flow rate capacity of up to $3.3\text{ m}^3\text{/h}$. Operating efficiently at maximum thermal outputs up to $75\text{ kW}$ (calculated at $\Delta T=20^\circ\text{C}$), the internal chamber design minimises localised flow friction and pressure drop anomalies. The robust welded structure eliminates stray hydraulic interference between connected zones, ensuring all independent distribution circuits maintain absolute pressure stability up to a $6\text{ bar}$ maximum working threshold.

  • Extended Physical Dimensions: The header body features a built-in length of $1508\text{ mm}$ housed within a $125\text{ mm}$ outer chamber profile, maintaining a precise $875\text{ mm}$ offset axis to prevent localised pipe crowding.
  • Dual-Chamber Crosstalk Prevention: The internal chassis isolates parallel flow and return lines safely to stop high-head zone pumps from causing unintended pressure fluctuations in neighbouring circuits.

We currently offer two shipping options to get your goods to you in a timeframe that suits:

Standard delivery to mainland UK (3-5 working days) – £9.99
Next working day delivery to mainland UK* – £11.99

*Next working day deliveries are subject to orders being placed before 1pm. The delivery window for next working day deliveries is between 8am and 5.30pm. 

All orders received after 1pm on a Friday (including weekend orders), that have upgraded to next working day delivery, will be despatched on Monday for a Tuesday delivery.

Bank holidays are treated in the same way as a non-working day, so please take this additional delivery time into account when ordering.
