The 230V N.C. Thermal Actuator (2-Wire, M30 x 1.5) – Rel is a high-precision electro-thermal motorized valve head engineered specifically for managing zone flow distribution across hydronic underfloor heating manifolds. Functioning as a dependable physical link between your central control wiring box and individual floor heating loops, this actuator dynamically opens and closes specific manifold ports in response to electronic signals from corresponding room thermostats. Operating on a standard 230V power supply, it features a Normally Closed (N.C.) mechanical configuration, ensuring the valve remains tightly shut via internal spring tension when unpowered to prevent accidental fluid bypass or energy waste. When a zone calls for heat, the high-torque internal thermal wax element expands cleanly and silently, driving the valve spindle down over a ~3 to 4-minute cycle to allow warm water to circulate into the floor. Outfitted with a universal M30 x 1.5 threaded union fitting, it provides direct, secure mechanical compatibility for seamless new installations or quick retrofit upgrades across major industry-standard manifold brands.

We currently offer two shipping options to get your goods to you in a timeframe that suits:

Standard delivery to mainland UK (3-5 working days) – £9.99
Next working day delivery to mainland UK* – £11.99

*Next working day deliveries are subject to orders being placed before 1pm. The delivery window for next working day deliveries is between 8am and 5.30pm. 

All orders received after 1pm on a Friday (including weekend orders), that have upgraded to next working day delivery, will be despatched on Monday for a Tuesday delivery.

Bank holidays are treated in the same way as a non-working day, so please take this additional delivery time into account when ordering.
