At Radiant Control Ltd, we deliver underfloor heating components, controls, and pipework across the UK. Below are our standard delivery options, pricing tiers, and dispatch guidelines for orders placed via https://radiantcontrol.co.uk/.

DELIVERY RATES & OPTIONS

England & Wales

  • Standard Delivery (1–2 Working Days): £15.00
  • Express AM Delivery (1 Working Day AM): £20.00
  • Saturday Delivery: £30.00
  • Click & Collect (Store Pickup): FREE — Available instantly during store hours for in-stock items.
  • Pallet Freight (1–3 Working Days): £72.00 (Applies to oversized, heavy, or bulk consignments).

Scotland

  • Standard Delivery (3–5 Working Days): £30.00
  • Pallet Freight (1–3 Working Days): £72.00 (Applies to oversized, heavy, or bulk consignments).

DIRECT FROM SUPPLIER PRODUCTS

Products clearly designated or marked within our Direct from Supplier range are dispatched directly from our specialist manufacturing partner warehouses rather than our Coalville depot.

Items ordered within the Direct from Supplier range are subject to a standalone £72.00 delivery fee per supplier consignment to cover direct factory dispatch and heavy-freight handling.

If your order contains a mix of standard stock items and Direct from Supplier items, your order may arrive in multiple separate deliveries via different couriers or freight carriers.

Lead times for supplier-direct dispatches are displayed on the relevant product page or advised by our technical team upon order processing.

STORE COLLECTION (CLICK & COLLECT)

In-stock items ordered for collection are available immediately from our Coalville warehouse during our standard operating hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm).

ORDER CUT-OFF & DISPATCH TIMES

Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm (excluding UK Bank Holidays).

Orders placed on working days before 1:00 pm are processed same-day, subject to stock availability and payment clearance.

Orders placed after 1:00 pm, or placed over weekends and Bank Holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

PALLET DELIVERIES & SITE ACCESS

Large coils of pipework, bulk manifolds, or heavy equipment will be dispatched via pallet freight (£72.00 rate).

Pallet deliveries are kerbside only. Please ensure clear lorry access to your delivery address and ensure suitable personnel are on site to offload and receive the delivery.

DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS

Please inspect all packages upon arrival. Any visual transit damage or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by calling 01530 519666 or emailing sales@radiantcontrol.co.uk.

If goods arrive damaged, please sign as "Damaged" with the courier driver whenever possible.

TRADESPERSON & INSTALLATION ADVICE

We strongly recommend not booking plumbers, electricians, or installers until all materials have arrived on site and been inspected. Radiant Control Ltd is not responsible for labor costs or site delays caused by third-party courier transit delays.
