The Manifold Pump Pack with TMV (kvs 3.4, Range 20-55°C, c/c 200mm) is a premium, high-efficiency blending and circulation module engineered for hydronic underfloor heating systems. This compact assembly acts as the thermal engine for your manifold, taking high-temperature water from the primary boiler circuit and accurately mixing it with cooler return water to safeguard your floor structure and maintain optimal indoor comfort. Equipped with a high-capacity Thermostatic Mixing Valve (TMV) boasting a kvs rating of 3.4, this kit is perfectly optimised for mid-to-large residential zones and light commercial properties. The adjustable 20°C to 55°C temperature range makes it fully compliant with BS1264 standards for initial concrete screed floor-drying phases as well as ongoing efficient heating operation. The pack features precise 200mm pipe centres for a flush, direct-mount connection onto standard UFH manifolds. It includes a built-in non-return valve inside the flow elbow to streamline the initial filling and commissioning process, plus a space-saving 90-degree elbow configuration for tighter installation spaces (note: primary isolation ball valves are excluded and should be purchased separately).

We currently offer two shipping options to get your goods to you in a timeframe that suits:

Standard delivery to mainland UK (3-5 working days) – £9.99
Next working day delivery to mainland UK* – £11.99

*Next working day deliveries are subject to orders being placed before 1pm. The delivery window for next working day deliveries is between 8am and 5.30pm. 

All orders received after 1pm on a Friday (including weekend orders), that have upgraded to next working day delivery, will be despatched on Monday for a Tuesday delivery.

Bank holidays are treated in the same way as a non-working day, so please take this additional delivery time into account when ordering.
